At a division I school like Fairfield, athletics are a big deal. However, while we spend many of our days cheering on our varsity athletes, we often overlook our equally as worthy club sports. Men’s Club Hockey is one of these highly underrated teams. The Stags started this season as reigning Empire Conference champions, and are looking to gain the same title as the end of their 2014/2015 season nears. With a current record of 14-3, the Stags will be leaving it all on the ice this Sunday, February 8th, as they face division rival Farmingdale. The puck will drop at 3:00 at the Twin Rinks in Shelton, CT. Seniors Brendan O’Malley, Mike Marsters, Pat Gill, Chris Joyce, Tom Balanda, and Jake Dagdidgian hope to see you there!
