Alexis DiZenzo (left) and Jackie Falino (right) are your ~fabulous~ campus correspondents for this school year. These ladies are the brains and the heart behind all that is to come this year; and yes the HCXO balloons that were at the club fair. Alexis and Jackie are beyond excited to be taking on the role as CC’s this year and have been apart of Her Campus Fairfield since their freshman year. Since freshman year they have been exposed to various jobs and internships and credit their success to Her Campus. They plan to continue to grow HCFU and are so excited to see what the future holds for the organization.
Meet Alexis:
Alexis is a junior Journalism major from Shelton, Connecticut. This past summer Alexis interned at Women’s Health Magazine in the fashion department. During her fall semester, she interned at NBC Sports in the digital editorial department. Her Campus has exposed Alexis to not only these internships but to other amazing opportunities over the past two years as well. She is so very thankful to be apart of such an amazing organization. Her Campus has introduced Alexis to so many people that have helped her grow along the way, given her the chance to take on an incredible leadership role and flourish as an individual. She’s not afraid to admit HC has become “like her child” either. Alexis has hopes of working for a fashion magazine or a broadcasting company after graduation. For right now she is focused on enjoying the best time of her life and expanding HCFU even more!

Meet Jackie:
Jackie is a junior communication major with a minor in marketing from Long Island New York. This past summer she worked at a advertising agency called The Watsons in NYC. Her Campus has allowed for Jackie to explore new creative fields, as well as build upon and exercise her leadership skills. She attributes her success in both academics and her first internship to her beginnings at Her Campus FU as a writer then as a co-campus correspondent. Jackie has hopes of moving to NYC after graduating and pursuing a career in sports broadcasting and or sports advertising. She is so excited to see the success of HCFU over the next year!
