After three years of marriage, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and her hubby Roger Mathews are reportedly calling it quits. The Jersey Shore star filed for divorce in Ocean County, New Jersey citing “irreconcilable differences.” She claimed her relationship with Mathews has been shaky leading up to their split.
The couple dated for five years. They met while filming the third season of Jersey Shore and then got engaged in the spin-off Snookie & JWoww in 2012. The couple has two children together, Meilani Alexandra Mathews and Greyson Valor Mathews. JWoww has expressed interest in “primary residential custody” of their two children.
Both JWoww and Roger appear to be putting their children first amidst the divorce news. Recently, they were seen attending the Disney Junior Dance Party on Tour at OceanFirst Bank Center in West Long Branch, N.J. Despite the public appearance of unity, both stood on opposite sides of each other when taking photos at the VIP section with the Disney characters. Roger has publicly stated that he intends to win JWoww back saying, “I’m going to win her affection back, I am going to win her love back. I have no intentions on being a single dad. We’re in counseling so there is hope. It ain’t over ’till the fat lady sings.”
