After a fun and action-packed weekend, the thought of waking up on Sunday and having to be a productive person is quite frightening. How could I be expected to work when I am still recovering from the weekend? Fighting the Sunday Scaries can be easy if you follow these simple steps:

1. Sleep In

The best way to fight the Sunday Scaries is being able to sleep in so when you wake up you can feel as refreshed as possible. There is no better way to start the day then waking up at noon.

2. Eat a Good Breakfast

Having a good breakfast is a great way to start the day and re-energize you after a weekend of partying. In that case bacon, egg, and cheese, please.

3. Get a Workout In

A great way to start the week and recover from the weekend is simply to sweat it out. By working out you are getting that great start on the week so can tackle anything.

4. Make a Weekly Schedule

The scariest part of the Sunday Scaries is knowing all the work you have in the upcoming week. A great way to overcome is this is by making a schedule to get it all done. This can relieve a lot of stress and eliminate procrastination. Go tackle the world, collegiettes!

5. Tackle As Much Work As Possible

Sunday is always known as a designated day to do homework so hit the library, collegiettes! The more work you get done on Sundays the less work that will have to be done during the week! Time to rise and grind!

6. Drink Water
