Summer brings fun beach days, late pool nights, and of course, the ~best~ movie premieres. This upcoming summer specifically has some of the most anticipated films that we are beyond excited for!
1. Avengers: Endgame- April 26
Being released ~very~ soon, the remaining heroes from Avengers: Infinity War must bring back their allies for the ultimate fight with Thanos.
2. “Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile”- May 3
This movie is about serial killer Ted Bundy’s life from his lifetime girlfriend’s perspective. The film will also star Zac Efron and Lily Collins, need we say more?
3. “Aladdin”- May 24
A recreated version of Aladdin’s adventures of finding a magic lamp, featuring Will Smith as The Genie!
4. “Rocketman”- May 31
A journey of Elton John’s life which takes the audience through his education, addictions, and learning to accept himself while becoming a rising star.
5. “Toy Story 4”- June 21
The Toy’s potential final adventures after Andy gave gifted them to Bonnie in Toy Story. Be prepared with tissues! Stars Tim Allen and Tom Hanks said they could not get through the last scene while recording.
6. Spider-Man: Far From Home- July 2
After events took place in Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker travels to Europe for a school trip. Meanwhile, he is recruited to work with Mysterio to battle the Elementals.
7. “The Lion King”- July 19
Everyone’s favorite childhood movie is being recreated and put on the big screen once again! Look how cute baby Simba is!
