After the Grammys Monday night, everyone came to the conclusion that Taylor and Selena are BFF goals. Through their successes, Kanye West feuds, Justin Bieber issues, and overall boy dramas, these two beauties always stand by each other. The two ladies have formed their own famous squad.
Here are some of our favorite moments of their long friendship throughout the years:
1. When they dance together at awards shows… and you want to join the party.
Because they don’t just try to play it cool and just listen to their celebrity peers perform their song, but they want to get up and dance like the rest of us! They cannot sit still in their seats, and we respect it 100%. What’s a good award show without a frame of Selena and Taylor awkwardly dancing in the crowd?
2. They support each other, like best friends should.
They never let one another face discrimination or adversity alone, and they always make sure to stick together. They are always each other’s biggest cheerleaders at events, and they never fail to make the other one smile. Taylor even wrote Selena’s lyrics on her arm during her Speak Now World Tour–that is commitment to friendship.
3. They love each other’s music so much that they dance to it in the car too.
There are constantly videos surfacing of them jamming out to each other’s songs while behind the wheel, and that is just plain amazing. As a fan of them both, I can definitely relate.
4. The endless hugs.
Whenever they need a little pick-me-up, they can always rely on a hug from one another. Awards shows, chill sessions, and dinners would be incomplete with their endless hugs.
5. They both felt how awkward Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus’s performance at The VMA’s was.
What is life if you can’t laugh about awkward moments with your BFF? The levels of uncomfortable were real for us all, so we can definitely relate to where they are coming from with this.
6. They perform at each others’ concerts.
Our hearts melted when we saw videos of Selena performing at Taylor’s 1989 World Tour, and we were definitely jealous of those who got to see this amazing duet live. Seeing one of them live in concert is already great, but BOTH of them?! That’s incredible.
7. When they danced together in ball gowns to Frank Sinatra and made the cutest and classiest video.
Selena’s caption was beyond adorable, “And during.. sometimes you wanna just be you with someone who knows all your secrets.” Watch the video here.

9. Taylor and Selena understand our deep admiration for food
And that’s so important. They get to eat at the best restaurants all around the world, and we are endlessly jealous of this. Wouldn’t it be so cool to go to dinner with them?
10. And yes the awards shows again, they kill it in the front row!
