So it’s Halloween time (just about) and many of you (okay maybe just me) are wondering how we can trick-or-treat as college students. Well, have no fear, HC F&M is here!

1. Have a Halloween Party with Your Friends. Seriously, all you need are some costumes, music, friends, and lots of candy. Have activities such as a dance contest or who can tell the best ghost story to earn some candy as a prize!

2. Trick-or-Treat Around Your Hall (Or Floor). Get everyone into the Halloween spirit by going in costume and having everyone on the hall or floor have some candy ready outside the door for everyone to share!

3. Help Little Kids Trick-or-Treat. Do you babysit? Do you like to volunteer? If you answered yes to either of those questions, why not help little kids trick-or-treat? You can totally go in costume with them, and if you’re nice enough, maybe they’ll share some candy with you!

4. Play Candy Poker (in Costume!). Seriously, why waste our precious money to bet? Why not get into the Halloween spirit and use candy instead of money for poker, and to add to the fun, do it all in costume!

5. Go to Class in Costume (Just for Fun). Then totally eat candy with all your friends later! It doesn’t have to be a very serious costume, but it would make a great conversation piece for that cutie in your class!

Along with being the Her Campus Franklin and Marshall Campus Correspondent, I am also the editor-in-chief of Epilogue, F&M's literary Magazine, Staff Writer for The College Reporter, F&M's student newspaper, and a very active member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. When not hard at work, you can find me writing, reading, geeking out over Disney movies with my friends, or doing art projects.
