What are you most looking forward to this year?
Its crazy to think how fast college is flying by, it almost makes me nervous that it’s going too fast. What I’m looking forward to most is staying involved in all my activities and having fun with my friends. Fall is my favorite time of year and it’s a beautiful season in Lancaster. I definitely can not wait for Spring though when many of my good friends return from abroad.
What is your best memory so far at F&M?
I can’t pinpoint my best memory because there are way to many. To sum them all up is just that I’ve been making the most of my college experience by getting involved in things as well as meeting some of the best people. There’s such a great atmosphere about F&M that I’m always reassured I made the best and perfect choice on where I wanted to go to school.
What is your favorite F&M tradition?
I have to be a little bias since I’ve helped plan it the past few years, so I’m going to say Block Party. It’s a great way for the Lancaster Community to see the school in such a positive light, and it gets so many organizations and affiliations involved. I’ve taken a lot of pride in being involved in it.
What do you do to escape some of the stress of school work?
When I want to relieve some stress I typically like to go for a long run throughout downtown Lancaster. Some parts are beautiful and its almost like a whole new world down there. And of course, like most girls, I love to eat, so I’ll go try new places. I’d have to say Cafe 18, The Creamery, and Mean Cup are my go to spots. Also, my latest discovery is the dog park, playing with cute puppies is so much fun.
Ben or John?
I’d have to go with the underdog in this situation and say John Marshall.
