1. The Beyonce Performance

When Beyoncé opened the Grammys with her performance of “Drunk In Love”, it was so mindblowingly amazing and sexy that it reminded of us of just why Beyoncé is Queen of the universe. She was later joined on stage by her husband Jay-Z showing the world what a dream couple they make.

And of course we couldn’t help but feel insanely jealous at Beyoncé and Jay-Z being so loved up.

2. Macklemore Performance Sparks Multiple Marriages

33 straight and homosexual couples were married on stage at the Grammys by Queen Latifah during a medley performance of “Same Love” and “Open Your Heart” by Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Mary Lambert and Madonna. Queen Latifah introduced the performance by saying: “when we say music has the power to bring people together at the Grammys, we mean it. This song is a love song not for some of us, but for all of us.”

Excitement was at a high when the stage was transformed into a recording studio and Daft Punk, Pharrell and Stevie Wonder performed a medley with the camera catching some hilarious celebrity dance moves during the performance. Also, on a side note, what was up with Pharrell’s hat? Were Her Campus Exeter the only ones getting distracted by Pharrell’s large, strangely shaped hat?

8. Kendrick Lamar and Imagine Dragons

Kendrick Lamar and Imagine Dragons joined together to perform a mash-up of “M.A.A.D. City” and “Radioactive” and gave an insanely rousing performance.

Taylor Swift gave a heartfelt performance of her song “All Too Well” and looked absolutely stunning, but then took a rather terrifying turn and started headbanging so violently we thought her head would fly off.
