Friday saw the first Caledonian Society Ball of the year at the Thistle Hotel and we at HCX could not wait to get our dancing shoes on! We had a fantastic evening, spinning and turning until we were in stitches and so were very grateful for the much needed Dominoes which arrived half way through the dancing!
The whole evening went fantastically and the venue was stunning. However, what we couldn’t help but notice was the beautiful outfits everyone was wearing! Everyone had gone all out and really dressed up for the evening!

Whilst the girls all looked fabulous, we couldn’t possibly miss out the boys! Many of whom were resplendent in their full Scottish get-up, furry fox Sporran and all!
All in all it was a fantastic evening and we are already eagerly anticipating the Burns Night event next term!
