Looking for something to soothe that sweet tooth? Look no further. Ladies and Gents, I present to you the multi award winning, CO YO.

CO YO is a vegan coconut milk yogurt, which is 100% natural, 100% dairy free, 100% gluten free, 100% lactose free, 100% soya free and 100% guilt free. PHEW! This rich, thick treat only contains HEALTHY fats; it is made using the milk of coconuts mixed with plant based probiotic cultures.

Nutritionist Bethany Eaton is the woman to thank for this beautiful little pot of magic. After discovering the product in Australia and realising just how good it is, Bethany insisted it was produced in the UK as well as over seas.

The yoghurt comes in FIVE flavours:

  • Natural
  • Mixed Berry
  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Raw chocolate

I recently tried and tested the natural flavoured yoghurt, even though raw chocolate was first on my list, and was of course impressed. The thick, mousse-like texture seems as if you are devouring a cheesecake, when really you are eating something completely guilt free. I had mine with berries and a sprinkle of muesli after dinner to fight off that sugar craving. There are SO many other ways you can use CO YO; smoothies, desserts, dips, breakfast or for spreading. The list is endless!

THERES MORE!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better! There is also a CO YO ice cream product. That’s right. Ice cream that doesn’t add to the love handles. Just like the yoghurt it is free from dairy, gluten, soy and completely vegan!

WHERE TO GET IT?

I managed to track down CO YO products here in Exeter at Healthy Pulses on Sidwell Street, heading towards Monkey Suit. You can get a small pot for a couple of pounds, a reasonable price when paying for such good quality products. Unfortunately for me, the ice cream had all sold out. Seasons on Well Street also stocks CO YO.

So there you have it. CO YO is a sensation all across the country, with nutritionists and gym bunnies absolutely lapping it up and praising it’s creators. I can’t wait to get my hands on some more.
