One of Exeter’s landmarks positioned right in the middle of town. It is a great meeting place when you don’t know the area very well (although I struggled on many occasions in my fresh days with friends saying ‘meet me at the clock tower’ and an hour later, still not knowing what they were on about!) All in all it is a pretty addition to the small city of Ex!
