My Top Four Celebrity Crushes (Male Edition)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Endicott chapter.

Okay listen one thing you have to know about me is, I adore men. I think they’re beautiful. I don’t always enjoy them, mind you, but man, do they have a special place in my heart. Additionally, I adore consuming media. Whether it be TV shows, movies, music, podcasts- I love it all. So today, I am combining my two loves and presenting you with my top 4 celebrity crushes: Male edition.

  1. Milo Ventimiglia- One of my favorite TV shows is Gilmore Girls, and when I was watching the show for the first time, and saw Milo come onto the screen I was hooked. I will admit, I think it helped that I had a thing for bad boys, but Milo created such a layered character who was rebellious, and stubborn, but who also had a capacity for love, and enjoyed reading and looking for more out of life. Plus he’s beautiful to look at and that combination of brains and beauty gets me every time.

2. Taye Diggs-If you don’t know Taye Diggs first of all you’re welcome for the introduction, and second watch Private Practice! Private Practice is the Grey’s Anatomy Spin off that follows Addison when she leaves Grey-Sloan Memorial. She moves to LA to work with her friend Naomi who runs a private practice, and Naomi’s husband who is also a doctor is played by Taye Diggs. Taye has an amazing smile, it just makes you want to smile, and because he’s playing a doctor, he’s always dressed to the 9s, and good fashion sense really does it for me. And it being a Greys Anatomy spin off, there are definitely scenes where there isn’t as many clothes and that certainly doesn’t hurt. Again a beautiful man who clearly puts a lot of work into his health and fitness which is definitely a lot of work. Taye is also a fabulous actor and I would highly recommend watching him on Private Practice.

3. Michael B Jordan- I mean…. It’s Michael B Jordan. No but seriously of course in Black Panther his body is shown off and it is immaculate- so, good for him for putting in that work. He is also a great actor and really brought his character to life. Also, I was watching his 73 question interview with Vogue and when asking about his dating life he said “Always pick up the check, and her hand never touches a doorknob”, #swoon. It makes my heart sing every time men say and do things that prove chivalry is not in fact dead. (I’m a huge hopeless romantic, can you tell?)

4. Jack Harlow-Jack Harlow is a rapper who most notably raps “What’s Poppin” which is definitely on my workout playlist, when I used to work out in the days of yore. But I really started to know about him when I fell down a YouTube rabbit hole about him. I honestly could not explain this crush to you. I just think he is attractive and has a sweet personality, he’s funny and takes pride in where he comes from, but it is such a sharp left turn in this list that I’m honestly just as confused as you probably are. I don’t know, I feel like rappers have some sort of magnetism and maybe that’s what makes him attractive.

That’s my article! I hope you enjoyed reading it!

Until next time,

Xxx,
