As all Endicott Gulls know, finding food in the Callahan can be a real scavenger hunt. You never really know what you are walking into, aside from the few favorites, Callahan serves some questionable dishes. Today we are going to discuss Callahan Brunch, we are going to make waffle quesodillas. Lets hit the Callahan, First go to the sandwich bar and grab a white or wheat wrap. Once you have your wrap head around the corner and put some cheese on (you can also add vegtables too), then go over to the omelette station, place scrambled eggs and bacon on top. Head over to the waffle press and cook it until done. Enjoy!
