Okay Everyone, I am about to blow your mind with a new recipe that I happened to stumble upon, Buffalo Chicken Sliders. These are extremely easy to make and taste incredible. For all of my fellow buffalo chicken lovers out there this is a recipe that is a must try and I garuntee you will want to eat it over and over again! Here is what you will need:Â
Meat
- 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Rotisserie chicken
Produce
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Green onions
Condiments
- 1/4 cup Your favorite ranch dressing
Baking & Spices
- 1 Salt and pepper
Bread & Baked Goods
- 4 Slider buns
Dairy
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Cheddar
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt one tablespoon of butter! Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, and toss the chicken in the butter to coat.
- Add the buffalo sauce, and then toss the chicken to coat again. Add garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cheddar and ranch dressing. I used a fork, that way I could easily transfer the ranch-coated cheese to the sliders.
- Place 1/4 cup of the buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of a slider. Repeat on each slider bun.
- Top buffalo chicken with at least 1-2 Tbsp. of the cheese/ranch mix. Top with chopped green onion (optional, but I highly reccomend!), and then cap the sliders with the top bun.
- Brush melted butter to each of the top buns before baking.
- Bake at 375 for about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot!
These are great for any kind of party or get together, even make them for yourself and bring them for lunch the next day! Â
