4 Ways To Stay Healthy This Semester

Staying healthy in college seems to be almost impossible, especially when everyone else is getting sick too. However, here are some tips to help you out!

  1. Stay hydrated!! This is so important to do. Drinking water can help you feel great. Investing in a reusable water bottle can be helpful too. Just fill it up on your way to class!

  2. Get some rest. Whether you stay up late studying or watching Netflix, make sure to set a time to go to bed! Sleeping will help make sure you stay healthy and also make you feel more rested the next day.

  3. Eat good food. It’s simple, the better you eat the better you will feel! Dining halls can be tempting with all the food, but try to make some rules and stick to them. Make sure to eat your vegetables!

  4. Clean! Make sure to disinfect your room, wash your hands, and everything else! Germs are everywhere so try your best to avoid them!
