People say that eating healthy or finding new things to eat in college can be hard, even finding the time! Yet, it’s all about how you do it. You can add a tasteful spin to your usual dormroom foods making them better for you and even more appealing!

Way #1 – Chessin’

  1. Melt together a half a package of shredded cheddar cheese with 1/2 cup of milk.

  2. Add in 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch for a thicker consistency.

  3. Separately boil your ramen noodles and set the seasoning aside.

  4. Once the noodles are done, combine them with the cheese mixture.

Way #2 – Use up those leftovers

  1. Bring leftovers from your dining halls!

  2. Make your ramen.

  3. Combine it!

Way #3 – Coconut milk for more than just your moisturizer!

  1. Open your cup of noodles or ramen halfway, fill about a third with coconut milk, and the rest with boiling hot water.

  2. Add the seasoning, and cover it for a few minutes.

  3. Mix it all up and enjoy your exotic rendition of cup noodles.
