Shourjo, a junior from Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, can often be found in the reading room or sitting on Signu’s porch. This cutie is an NBB major and a part of Emory Strong Kids, but sorry girls, he’s currently dating Charlotte Guest. Read on to see what’s on his bucket list and what he considers to be his craziest moment at Emory so far.

Her Campus Emory (HCE): How do you feel about being Campus Cutie?

Shourjo (S): Relieved. It’s about time. I’ve been refreshing my email ever since I first heard of Campus Cutie, waiting for my turn.  I always wondered, if called upon, would I be able to step up to the task? This has haunted me for far too long.

HCE: What three words do you think your friends would use to describe you?

S: FTGS (for the girls).  There, I gave you 4.  Happy?

HCE: What advice would you give to a girl trying to impress you?

S: Work at Avellinos (Editor’s note: Shourjo’s gf works here). Ya feel?

HCE: Describe your craziest memory at Emory so far.

S: I saw some sort of fusion lamb-goat type camel at Wonderful Wednesday.  I think Adam Braun brought it for show and tell or something.

HCE: The number one thing on my bucket list is:

S: To become sole monarch of the reading room and implement the following laws:

I. Permit individuals to be shirtless in the reading room.

II. Permit individuals to dip without judgment in the reading room.

III. Cubby bang in the reading room.

HCE: Pick one place and three things you would bring for the best day/night ever:

S: CUBBY. Need: Bane’s snorkel, all 3 matri(x)ces, shirt that once had sleeves without sleeves.  Not to be confused with a tank.

Jessica lives her life at several speeds. She talks too fast, eats too slow and over-analyzes too much.  When she’s not telling long-winded stories, sitting alone at the dinner table, or staring off into space, Jessica loves all things creative. Screenwriter, play director and poet at age 9, songwriter and choreographer at age 16, now, at 23, all she really wants to do is write, help others, and post Instagrams.  As a social media coordinator for multiple fashion brands, and a post-grad writer for Her Campus, she gets to do just that. Jessica is a Midwestern girl from the suburbs of Chicago, but she fell in love with city living during a summer internship in the Big Apple, and now calls NYC home. Jessica loves chocolate milkshakes, dance parties, Chippewa Ranch Camp, Friends re-runs, Chuck Bass and of course, spending time with her fans (read: family and friends).
