Name: Noah Fixelle

Major: Economics (Pre-dental)

Hometown: Atlanta

Relationship Status: Single!

Fraternity: Alpha Epsilon Pi

Her Campus Emory (HCE): Since you are from Atlanta, what are some cool places you would recommend that people check out?

Noah Fixelle (NF): As far as things to do, I recommend going up to Stone Mountain (especially for a laser show), taking in a Braves game, and seeing a show at the Fox Theatre. Now for great restaurants to check out, my short list consists of the Atlanta Fish Market, Bishoku (Sandy Springs, GA), and Brick Store Pub.

HCE: What is your most embarrassing moment while being in college?

NF: It actually happened last semester. I fell asleep in a small seminar class, sitting in the front row of course, only to wake up, literally jumping out of my chair, because I was having a nightmare. Didn’t say a word in that class for the next few weeks…

HCE: Who is your celebrity crush?

NF: Scarlett Johansson. No explanation needed.

HCE: What is your work out schedule like?

NF: Well…I go on the elliptical in my yoga pants, of course, for about an hour, followed by getting some fro-yo with my besties. (Editor’s note: sounds familiar?)

HCE: If your date wanted to go watch a sports game together, what game would you choose?

NF: Since I’m a basketball fan, I’d try and take her to a college basketball game. But a Braves game is always a good time and a little more of a social option.

HCE: What is your go-to drink at the bar? And what would you order for your date?

NF: I’m a whiskey guy, so I’d have to say a whiskey-coke or whiskey-ginger ale. As for my date, if she gives the standard Emory answer, “whatever you want to get!” I’d get her vodka mixed with any fruit juice (cranberry, passion fruit, etc.). However, if she asks for whiskey right off the bat, I’d get down on one knee and profess my newfound love.

HCE: What’s your guilty pleasure?

NF: There are very few pleasures I have guilt about, but if I had to choose, I’d say chick-flicks. I’m just a sucker for those cookie-cutter plots where a guy falls for a girl, love is in the air, and then he screws it up and does something over-dramatic to win her back. Classic stuff…

HCE: What is the best class you have taken at Emory?

NF: Organic Chemistry, hands down. Easiest class ever. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get an easy A and love the material.

HCE: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

NF: I see myself as more of a go-with-the-flow type of person, but if I had to envision myself in 10 years, it’d be something along the lines of living somewhere near the beach, being either engaged or married, and working as a dentist to the stars.

HCE: If you got to choose the next campus cutie, who would you pick?

NF: Mike Heller. Single and ready to mingle. He’s a man who likes to kiss slowly, forgive quickly, laugh easily, love tenderly and embrace all that life has to offer. He loves the sea and the mountains, has an inner peace and relishes life.

Jessica lives her life at several speeds. She talks too fast, eats too slow and over-analyzes too much.  When she’s not telling long-winded stories, sitting alone at the dinner table, or staring off into space, Jessica loves all things creative. Screenwriter, play director and poet at age 9, songwriter and choreographer at age 16, now, at 23, all she really wants to do is write, help others, and post Instagrams.  As a social media coordinator for multiple fashion brands, and a post-grad writer for Her Campus, she gets to do just that. Jessica is a Midwestern girl from the suburbs of Chicago, but she fell in love with city living during a summer internship in the Big Apple, and now calls NYC home. Jessica loves chocolate milkshakes, dance parties, Chippewa Ranch Camp, Friends re-runs, Chuck Bass and of course, spending time with her fans (read: family and friends).
