I am so used to having a packed schedule. Since I am a college student, for eight months I have had a daily routine that is identical for each day. I wake up at 8 every morning, go to my classes, do homework, and go to bed at 10:30 every day. My tight schedule has not allowed me to have any free time. This is why I am having a hard time transitioning to a summer schedule; I have zero set plans for the summer.

I will not be bored this summer so this article is solely for me to brainstorm what I should do in order to not lay in my bed all day, every day in the summer.

I should probably get a job. I have been looking at internships and applying but with my luck, I have not heard back from a single one. So, this leaves me with only one choice: getting a real job. Thankfully getting a job in the summer will fill up some of my time, but I still have more time that needs to be filled up.

I need to get a gym membership. I absolutely love going to the gym, but it is hard for me to get myself to do it. If I get a membership for a gym I would feel obligated to go every day since I am paying for it.

In the meantime between working and going to the gym, I will do spontaneous things. I am not sure yet what those things are, but when the time comes I will eventually figure it out.

Writing this out has helped me. Now I feel since I have written this and that it is published to the public, I have to do these activities and be obligated to not stay in bed every day. We will see how that goes.
