Hobbies: I love doing nails and experimenting with nail art, make up, and hair. I’m also obsessed with comedy and stand up (all of my iPod is comedy albums is that bad?) I can spend literally hours in a cvs.
What are you involved in on campus? I work at phonathon raising money for Emerson and I’m a writer for the evvy’s banquet. I also try to do stand up at open mics whenever I can.
What can we expect with your work with these organizations? I’ve never been on a writing staff before so hopefully a really good banquet (which you should all submit your work for!!) and god willing a few jokes that land when I’m onstage.
What can we expect from you in the future (project wise)? I’d be super stoked to write for more shows and have a good set prepared, but I also want to dedicate more time to my nail blog and work towards making tutorials for my nail art looks.
Who or what inspires you? My mom, she’s just like really cool and always stressed how important it is to work hard. Also, the other day she told me she was Beyoncé.
Biggest accomplishment so far at Emerson? Honestly making friends who I straight up adore and not accidentally shrinking all my clothes/ failing out of school/ accidentally dying.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Being a staff writer on a tv show and doing stand up, but probably living on my friends couch (don’t worry I’ve already reserved several couches).
Dream job? Having my own show or being a make up and nail artist.
If you could trade lives with a celebrity for one day, who would it be and why? Mindy Kaling because she is literally who I want to be and is amazingly funny and smart. She’s just so cool and awesome and has so many clothes and shoes. AGH.
