Appetizer: Caprese Salad

2 Vine Ripe Tomatoes
1 pack of Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil Leafs
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Optional – Balsamic Vinegar
 
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella in thick slices.
Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil. You may add salt and pepper to season it. 

Entrée: Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sandwich
 
Pack of Smoked Salmon
1 Avocado, diced or thinly sliced
1 lime
Arugula
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bread (Bagel, Ciabatta, Sandwich Bread)
Salt / Pepper
Optional – Balsamic Vinegar
Cilantro
 
Lightly toast the bread. Drizzle olive oil on the bread. Add the Fresh Arugula and  add the avocado place the smoked salmon and pour the fresh lime juice on the salmon and drizzle with more olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Dessert: Dessert Waffles
 
Store bought waffles
Nutella or Peanut Butter
Sliced Strawberries / Rasberries / Bananas
 
Optional:
Ice cream scoop (flavor of your choice)
icing (confectioner’s) sugar, for dusting
 
Heat the waffles in the microwave or if you have a pan toast them.
Add as much Nutella or Peanut Butter and top it off with Strawberries, Bananas or both.
