Hopefully by now you have packed away all of your floral sundresses and summer sandals and replaced their spot in your closet with your favorite sweater and beloved riding boots. Even though it’s not that chilly yet, you’ve already brought out your big, cozy scarf and matching gloves because you’re just that excited for the approaching colder weather.

If you haven’t already gone apple picking, you are probably going this weekend. You can’t deny the fact that you’ve already eaten and drank your weight in pumpkin-flavored treats. You have, without a doubt, already filled your dorm or apartment with the mini pumpkins you bought at SoWa Market. And you would be lying if you said you haven’t Instagrammed a pic of the orange leaves in the Common or Garden.

Yes, collegiettes, fall in New England is in full swing, and it. is. glorious.

Even with all of the fun activities, one of the best things about fall is the fashion that comes with it. With the changing of the seasons you get to revisit some of your favorite styles that you haven’t been able to wear since March or April (when Boston was just starting to thaw out of winter). Plus, the arrival of this new season is good excuse to revamp your closet!

The trends we are seeing this fall include military green jackets, chic heeled booties, leopard print accessories, and velvet smoking flats. Don’t know how to wear any of these new Fall trends? Well, finding inspiration from your favorite celebrity is an easy way to find boost your fashion creativity.

But how can I afford to dress like Lilly Collins? To dress like the stars, you don’t have to spend like the stars. Most of the items in the outfits below, you probably already own. Others can be bought for a fair price– if you find the right deals. But even if you have to splurge a little, you totally deserve a small shopping spree after getting through those midterms!

Put down your Pumpkin Spice Latte and take a look below at celeb-inspired fall outfits you can rock this season—to the apple orchard or to class!

Polished to Perfection

Channel your inner Taylor Swift and pick up a pair of your own velvet smoking shoes from Dorthy Perkins. Else Jeans makes the perfect pair of polk dotted skinnies.

Fashion Surplus

Follow Lilly’s lead and pair an army green jacket (like this one from American Eagle), with a graphic tee (Madewell sells the one above), and cool black boots (we’d go with suede Steve Madens).

Aztec and Jade

Selena knows that a big, comfy cardigan is a must-have for fall, find one like hers here. Don’t forget a cool jade necklace like this one from Lucky Brand).

Soft Mint and Open Knit

Jessica Alba proves that pastel can be okay for fall. Step away from all the dreary black and gray with an American Eagle sweater. Splurge on Joe’s Jeans (you can wear them once Spring rolls back around, too!)

Effortlessly Fierce

Look as put together and fierce as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley with a leopard print scarf, luxe black handbag, and stylish ankle booties.

Oxford Comma

Blazers are all the rage this season. Make a blazer a lot more fun by opting for one in a bright color, like Emma did. Slouchy beanies are a cold weather staple, here is one from Etsy. Lastly, you can never go wrong with a pair of classic oxford flats.

Natural Beauty

Julianne Hough shows us that fall fashion can be as simple as a cute sweater and a neutral pair of boots. Check out these cool Fashion Union boots, and these classic Citizens of Humanity skinny jeans.
