The food truck craze has finally made its way to Boston for our eating pleasure. This trend, made popular in cities like LA and NYC and on Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race, offers Bostonians a wide variety of delicious and quick food solutions. So where can you find these mobile restaurants? Luckily, the City of Boston website provides a schedule of where the trucks can usually be found. Most trucks also run Twitter accounts with up to date location information. Here are a few of the best food truck options:

Roxy’s Grilled Cheese
@RoxysGrilledChz

Roxy’s Grilled Cheese is still fairly new to the food scene having only opened in March, but that doesn’t mean they lack experience and delicious food. They were even participants on Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race serving up their inspired grilled cheese all across the country.

The Cupcakory
@Cupcakory

Who doesn’t love a good cupcake? The staff at Cupcakory have their recipe down to a science. Moist cake, creamy icing, and interesting flavors — they know what their doing. The Cupcakory truck offers 5-6 rotating flavors in addition to a seasonal flavor. Vegan and Gluten-free friendly!

Grilled Cheese Nation
@GCNBoston

Not to be outdone by Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Grilled Cheese Nation has created a menu of inspired grilled cheese all their own. They pride themselves on their use of organic breads, local cheeses, and an abundance of gourmet ingredients. The dessert sandwich made with Nutella, marshmallow, and banana slices is sure to soothe that sweet tooth when you need a fix.

Bon Me
@BonMe

Bon Me serves up Vietnamese inspired food ranging from sandwiches, noodle salads, and rice bowls to the lighter, much loved, edamame. They even won a city wide food competition sponsored by the City of Boston, so you can count on the food when you need a quick bite to eat.

Redbones BBQ
@RedBones

You may be familiar with Redbones from their main location in Davis Square. No more T trips needed to get your hands on their down home style Southern food. So get ready to get your fingers messy because they’ve brought their classic ribs, sandwiches, and sides to Downtown Boston.

Lincoln Street Coffee On the Go
@LincolnStCoffee

If you go to Emerson you practically run on coffee and, after awhile, Starbucks can become a bit mundane. Serving up fresh baked pastries, organic coffees, and iced drinks, Lincoln Street Coffee will soon have you addicted.
