Some of the best brunch spots are located right in the heart of Boston. Whether you’re looking for a classic American brunch consisting of scrambled eggs and home fries, or would like a bit of a twist on breakfast favorites, Boston has a wide variety of brunch spots that will make your Sundays a little brighter—and tastier.

1. The Paramount

Tucked away in Beacon Hill, this tiny gem of a restaurant always has a line, so be sure to get there early. Whether you order a breakfast item or something off the regular menu, you’re sure to get your comfort food fix here. 

Best bites: Fresh Banana and Caramel French Toast & Blue Cheese, Bacon, and Spinach Omelet

 

2. Masa

This Southwestern inspired brunch spot has been making the top brunch lists for years because of its masterful and flavorful Spanish spins on traditional breakfast fare. This spot is classy, yet still casual enough to make it a great place to meet up with friends.   

Best bites: Jalisco Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Mango Butter & Masa Style BBQ Mac and Cheese 

 

3. Aquitaine

If you’re in the mood for a little French inspired cuisine in the city, this is the spot for you! Their prix fixe menu is the perfect way to sample lots of delicious items in one filling brunch—especially their glazed cinnamon buns for your first course.

4. Stephi’s on Tremont

This upscale restaraunt is the sister to Stephanie’s on Newbury. Stephi’s offers a wide selection of classic breakfast items along with salads, and even their signature burger. Go here for a more upscale atmosphere and eat outside when the sun is shining!
