On September 18th, 2015, at approximately 7:00 pm, thousands of Shonda Rhimes fans rejoiced. Why? Because season one of How to Get Away with Murder was finally put on Netflix. This gave us Netflix binge- watchers six days to get caught up with the show before the second season aired on ABC on September 24th. Fifteen episodes at about 43 minutes each made binge-watching the first season of the hit show very doable for Netflix lovers all over the country. Here are some of the things we were inevitably thinking during those 11 hours of HTGAWM:
1. Is that… Dean?
2. Why does Annalise Keating always call on the same people in class?
3. Does Frank… kill people?
4. Are lawyers really this corrupt?
5. Oh look, just another Emerson alum.
6. WHO KILLED SAM?
7. WHO KILLED LILA?
8. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO DIE?
9. Rebecca kind of looks like Grace from The Nanny.
10. Or maybe a little bit more like Leighton Meester?
11. How did Lila end up in that water tank?
12. Just one more episode before bed… maybe two…
13. Wow, Bonnie sucks.
14. Did she get a haircut?
15. Maybe Rebecca really did hate Lila.
16. Maybe Lila hated Rebecca.
17. Connor and Oliver need to be together always.
18. I could go to law school one day…
19. Is it too late to change my major?
20. On to season 2!
