Are there never enough clothes in your closet? Do you want new looks at a fraction of the price? This can seem impossible when staring into your tiny closet in a college dorm or apartment. However, there is a business that can help you vary your look for a low price.

This organization is Rent the Runway. Founded by Jennifer Hyman and Jennifer Fleiss, this organization gives fashionistas everywhere the chance to rent, love, and return dresses and jewelry.  Pieces that seem out of reach, like Hervé Léger and Vera Wang are available for rent from 4-8 days. The site offers 90% off retail prices, and access to the latest designer dresses.
When ordering clothing online one major question is fit. Will the dress fit me? Will I be my normal size in this designer? Will it be a hassle to return the clothing? With Rent the Runway you receive two sizes. If neither of these fits you can return your order, in the provided package, hassle free and you will receive a credit for the amount of money you spent to the store.
Because of their amazing range of clothing, prices and customer service Rent the Runway has garnered considerable press coverage. It has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Glamour, Time Magazine People Magazine, and Cosmopolitan Magazine.
Rent the Runway has started a branch on Elon’s campus, and is holding a Spring Into Formal trunk show on campus. The event will take place February 24, 2012 from 3-6 pm in the Phi Mu house. Stop by and take a look at the coming seasons new fashions!
