Pink Lola: See What’s in Store!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Elon chapter.

Attention college women on a budget who still want to stay on top of the hottest fashion trends; we have just the store for you.

Pink Lola, located in Alamance Crossing, is a women’s boutique recently opened this year. You may recognize the colorful and chic style of the store because it was opened by the owner of Mary Katherine’s, a similar boutique located in downtown Burlington.

According to the Pink Lola official website (https://www.shoppinklola.com/), the shop’s goal is to be a “fun, energetic, [and] happy” brand for young women who want to add something special to their typical wardrobe aesthetic. They even have a team of stylists to help you find an outfit that caters to your individualized look for everyday wear or for an upcoming event.

Elon student, Nicole Mahoney, said: “[The style] is super trendy, and you can either dress the clothes up or down. [The store] has all-around good vibes. The owner herself helped me find a dress.”

Because of the boutique’s modest size, it creates a friendly atmosphere focused around a personalized shopping experience. This shop has neither the overwhelming size nor feel of a department store that often seems like a daunting maze. And with warm, welcoming customer service, you leave with a feeling of accomplishment, along with that feeling of excitement to wear a freshly bought outfit.

Stop in from 10a.m.-9p.m. Monday through Saturday, or noon-6p.m. on Sundays to look around and shop.
