According to the beautiful Elon University weather, Spring is officially here! Warm North Carolina nights make me want to sit by a campfire and roast marshmallows, however, our busy college schedules don’t always allow the time to make this yummy treat. Unless I go to S’mores Outdoors on Wednesdays, it’s impossible for me to get my s’more fix. Here are a few easy s’more recipes that can be made in the kitchen and don’t require a campfire or a large time commitment!

S’mores Dip

Ingredients:

1 Bag Marshmallows

1 Bag Chocolate Chips

1 Bag Graham Crackers

Place the chocolate chips at the bottom of a pan and top them off with marshmallows. Bake this at 450° F for 8-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasty brown! Dip the graham crackers into the dip and enjoy!

S’more Krispy Treats Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Bag Mini Marshmallows

4 Cups Cinnamon Chex Mix Cereal

3 Hershey Chocolate Bars

S’more Krispy Treats are very easy to make and super delicious! Your friends will be amazed how yummy they are after trying them. I hope you enjoy!

Melt the butter on the stove and add the mini marshmallows once the butter is completely melted. Stir until the marshmallows are melted and add the Cinnamon Chex Mix Cereal. Once completely combined, pour half of the mixture into a parchment paper lined tray and lay half of the Hershey Chocolate pieces on top. Add the rest of the marshmallow/cereal mixture to the tray and top off with the remaining chocolate. Put the s’more bars into the fridge to harden for at least an hour and then enjoy!

S’mores dip and s’more krispy treats allow me to enjoy my favorite campfire treat without the hassle of roasting marshmallows. I recommend trying these delicious recipes for your next party or s’mores craving! You won’t regret it!
