Inspiration from Glee

Most of us know her from her from her starring role as Rachel berry in Glee, but Lea Michele has also had an amazing career on Broadway in shows like Les Miserable and Spring Awakening. Throughout her years she has been in a variety of movies and TV shows. Despite her extremely busy schedule, Lea manages to keep up a healthy lifestyle and inspires her fans to live happily and healthily.
Since childhood not only has Lea always inspired me, but her role playing Rachel Berry as well. Rachel Berry would help me get through the rough patches in my life, and always kept me happy with the songs she sang on Glee. My love for Rachel led me to research Lea Michele and find out that I admire the way she works so hard and also does what she believes is right for herself.
Lea worked as hard as she could to get where she is today, despite setbacks. Throughout the years she had failures but never ever once let them define her or let them come in the way of her life. A few years ago the love of her life, Corey Monteith, passed away. It was truly an awful tragedy and we all still miss him, however she pushed through, she grieved, but never once let that moment define her life. She will always have Corey in her heart, but she moved on and found love again. Lea will be getting married within the next few months to her fiancé, Zandy Reich.
Lea Michele has a mentality that every person should take on. She is confident, she knows herself inside and out. She takes the time to care for her body and do what she knows and feels is right. Everyone should take note of Lea’s lifestyle and learn how to love ourselves more and always push through our failures to create successes.
Lea Michele has always been and will always be my role model. I think I am on my fifth run through of Glee and every time I cry, because I love her so much. It sounds a little cheesy, but it’s true, I am a Gleek.
An inspiration, a role model and a talented girl who pushed through life to make sure she was happy and achieved her dreams. Lea is someone to look out for and follow, to have those daily inspirations and moments where we think, if Lea Michele can do, then so can I.
