Halloween on Franklin Street: Nickelodeon Edition

Approximately 40,000 people, including several Elon students, celebrated Halloween this year at Homegrown Halloween in Chapel Hill. Homegrown Halloween is known for having people dress up in elaborate and creative costumes as they parade up and down Franklin Street. Many attendees plan their costumes out weeks in advance to make sure they have every component just right.

This year, a big group of Elon and UNC students decided to take on the challenge of coming up with the best Halloween costumes. They ended up reliving their childhoods by dressing up as Nickelodeon characters from the 90’s. Characters from Rugrats, Eliza Thornberry, Hey Arnold and more, were all featured.
