As the seasons change, so must our shoes. Whether you’re trying to stay up to date with the current trends or just want something a little different in your closet, check out these shoe suggestions:

Classic pumps will always be in style, but this season masculine inspired pieces are very in style. Look for pumps in a loafer-like style, but make sure they have a narrow toe box so they don’t look too masculine. Also, tassels are always cute! Loafer pumps come in a variety of colors, materials, and heel widths and heights, so choose a pair that fit your lifestyle.

Don’t throw out last year’s distressed boots yet, but if you’re looking for a new pair this year that are a bit more trendy, try some equestrian-style riding boots. Whether in a rich brown or black, this fall’s boots are all about the sleek refined look. Pair them with dark denim or pants and a fitted jacket and people will be asking you where you parked your horse.

Recently, stiletto heels have been all the rage but they are uncomfortable and at times, dangerous. That’s why I am so excited that the chunky heel is coming back from the 70’s! For fall, get a pair in suede or flannel for fancy going out shoes or a pair in grey leather for everyday wear. Grey is a surprisingly versatile neutral for the fall.

Instead of the basic black bootie, try a bootie with a deep v, which will make your legs look extra long. The extra detail also makes your booties a little more interesting. Pair them with a skirt and tights for the fall or some cropped pants, which are also huge for the fall. Just make sure the hemline hits a bit above where the bootie starts or you’ll get a weird clash of  different lines.
