It’s sad to see Fall Break swing by, but luckily for our chapter, Her Campus has been very generous in sweetening up coming back to school! Our sponsors are always great to us, but this time they truly went above and beyond to treat their writers! From hair and beauty products to gift cards and room décor, Her Campus’s sponsors truly know how to make a girl smile at coming back to school.

First, Marshall’s gift cards were included because Her Campus understands the importance of freshening up your fall look and letting Duke students get some new additions for their fall wardrobe. Plus, who doesn’t love shopping? But it goes beyond just clothes.

Tresemmé gifted us with their sea salt spray to start off the second half of the semester with the perfect new wavy do. In Durham, North Carolina, far from the ocean, this was just what we needed to keep that beachy hair style through the fall. Even beyond that, we were given tons of makeup products by NYC New York Color so now we can focus on studying in Perkins for the next wave of midterms without the fear of running low on eye shadow. Plus, it goes great with our new clothes and hair styles!

So, we’re all ready and primped up, but where to go? Who can say no to Chipotle, and with our Chipotle cards, well, we just had to go. And while we’re being healthy, the Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener seems like a pretty great addition.

Finally, Her Campus gave us awesome room décor and book previews to make coming back to our East and West campus dorms a little more fun and personal! Now we can rep HC in our new homes with the penants! Thanks again to our amazing sponsors, and a shout out to Her Campus!

I am a senior at Duke University studying psychology and history, and I have been writing with Her Campus since I was a freshman. Having this incredible community of empowering women to build me up when I need support and to give me an outlet when I need to vent has been one of the greatest aspects of my Duke career! I am so sad to leave them soon, but I am excited to pursue my J.D. at Georgetown in the fall!
