If you were on the BC Plaza on Friday, October 14th, then hopefully you were lucky enough to snag a LOVE = LOVE t-shirt, courtesy of the LGBT Center. Friday was “Out Day”, a celebration of the diversity of our sexualities, and also an excuse to decorate the plaza with beautiful rainbow balloons and flags. The LGBT Center gave away free shirts, stickers, and COOKIES (yes, you heard me right. COOKIES) as part of the event. I don’t know about you, but I will be rocking my new shirt sometime this weekend. Nothing quite like celebrating acceptance with good music, bright colors, and lots of love.
