Congratulations to our Campus Cutie of the week, Christina Lee, who is Her Campus Duke’s new Campus Correspondent this semester!

Name: Christina Lee

Year: Junior, 2015

Majors: Economics and English

Hometown: Hillsborough, NJ

Her Campus Role: New Campus Correspondent!

What did you get up to this past summer?

I was a corporate compliance intern at CIT in northern New Jersey for 10 weeks – it was nice to be home and see high school friends on weekends and some nights after work.

Favorite Duke memory so far?

Dirty black tenting last year while overloading. I love being a Cameron Crazie and while tenting is hectic and cold, it’s such an unique atmosphere being both in Kville and Cameron that I don’t regret a second of it.

Favorite place to eat off campus?

The WaDuke… everything about it is just a nice treat: dinner, Sunday brunch, afternoon tea, the Easter feast.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Online shopping. So guilty, so pleasurable. And it’s always available.

Favorite season of the year and why?

Summer, because I love being in the sun and going to the beach. Life slows down and I have time for personal reading as well.

Favorite store in the mall?

Department store: Nordstrom

Regular store: Urban Outfitters

Cats or dogs?

I love German Shepherds and Huskies, but I’m really impartial to tabby cats. Mine is named Taco.

Favorite HC Duke article?

I have a Tumblr account and I love looking at the different fashion trends, but it was really awesome to see Duke students featured in this article: http://www.hercampus.com/school/duke/barbour-trend

Any advice for the Class of 2017?

There is no set path for you, but I think everyone should explore Duke AND Durham during their time here – you might just be surprised by how much this place has to offer.
