Favorite part about Duke: The AMAZING community. I feel so included, even though I’m not in a sorority, or SLG, or any other social group. I genuinely love the people I have met.
Favorite on-campus eatery: Can I say the Starbucks in the duke hospital??? HAHAHHAAH. If not, I love the Div Cafe. Smoked salmon wraps to the max!!
Inspiration: My Father. He was a refugee who came to this country (after living in Europe for a bit), and he made so many sacrifices for my family. He is my life, and all I want to do is make him proud. I can’t express in words how unbelievably grateful I am to him. His obstacles are something I cannot imagine, and I am ridiculously proud to be his daughter.
Dream super power: Mind reading. It’s so difficult to understand everyone individually. The human mind is strange, and I believe that understanding people’s intentions and desires is important to moving forward in life.
