8 Group Costumes for You and Your Squad!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Duke chapter.

With Halloween coming around the corner at lightning speed and midterms a thing of the past, it’s actually time to sit down and think about the equally dreaded and anticipated feat of group costumes. Here are a few ideas that are hella cute and may be easy to pull together before the spoopy day is upon us!

1. Playboy Bunnies

By simply combining a bodysuit and a pair of tights, you and your friends can easily transform, making this one of the easiest costumes yet. Trust me, I have done this before with my friends and it was honestly a hit.

Here’s an example from Pinterest.

2. School Girls

Throwing it all the way back…being a schoolgirl has this weird, sexy nostalgia to it that will never get old.

3. Spice Girls

Another perfect throwback, the Spice Girls are a timeless quintet outfit!

Here’s an example from Pinterest.

4.  M&Ms

With the snack that melts in your mouth, not your hand, M&Ms are such any easy costume. Also, you could even spice it up with colored converse.

Here’s an example from Pinterest.

5. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Though this one may be a little unconventional and may even require some props. I have always wanted to do this one with my friends. I don’t know, it’s something about those green socks.

Here’s an example from Pinterest.

6. Three Blind Mice

For the smaller groups, this costume would be so cute. Similar to the Playboy Bunny, just pull out your bodysuit and fishnets, followed by a quick Party City run and you have a #goals outfit.

7. PowerPuff Girls

As I was scrolling through Pinterest, I saw these girls and I honestly wanted to change my outfit and convince my friends to change. They honestly slayed and I would love to do this one day.

8. Cheetah Girls

Boasting the ultimate throwback, showing the world that you and your girls are “cheetah sisters” could honestly be the only goal of Halloween.
