Outfit Ideas For Super Bowl Sunday

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Drexel chapter.

Dressing for the Super Bowl can include more than an oversized jersey and jeans. Take the team colors as a guide for piecing together outfits in a comfortable, casual, yet cute way. Luckily, the two teams competing in this year’s big game utilize colors that already live in your wardrobe: navy and orange for the Broncos, and turquoise and navy for the Seahawks. This is also a great opportunity to go a little overboard on the color-coordinating because it’s acceptable to show excessive support for a team.

For the Broncos Fan:

When choosing your colors, try to avoid wearing an obnoxious orange, keeping it toned down and classy with a burnt orange or umber to pair with navy. If you’re brave, keep the orange the main part of your outfit and class it up with spunky jewelry for a feminine side.

For The Seahawks Fan:

The colors for a Seahawks fan are easy to coordinate and very popular in general. Avoid playing it safe with your comfy jeans and a turquoise top by leaving the navy as a supporting color and highlighting turquoise. Tons of turqoise is also a great way to brighten up a room this predicted groggy Sunday.
