What are three words you would use to describe yourself?

Quiet, funny, feisty!

What’s your favorite feature about yourself?

My favorite feature is definitely my wittiness and sense of humor.

What advice would you give to young girls?

It’s not worth the stress! Just do what makes you happy and keeps you healthy—mentally and physically.

What’s one challenge you’ve faced as a woman? How did you combat it?

An ongoing challenge I face as a woman is feeling unsafe whenever I go somewhere alone. I always try to be smart. I don’t walk alone at night unless absolutely necessary. I also make it a habit to stay prepared and to carry mace in my hands as I walk anywhere, regardless of how short or long the distance.

What’s one stereotype about females that you want to counteract?

One stereotype about females that I really dislike is that we are fragile beings. I’m definitely not fragile, and neither are the women in my life.

Why do you #LoveYourself?

I love myself because I know that I am the most important person in my life. I wouldn’t be as happy as I am if I didn’t love myself.
