Jon(athan) Keim-Shenk

Age: 19

Major: Mechanical Engineering major

Class: 2017

What are your hobbies?  I drive and ride motorcycles, read about cars and motorcycles. Listen to the Meat Puppets. Also, I commute to Reading.

What are your favorite parts of Drexel? My favorite parts of Drexel include the Halal trucks, the beautiful human beings I have met over the past year and a half, and that awesome puppy I bonded with one a fateful Saturday night on Lancaster Ave. These items are listed in order from influential in my post high-school education to dog, respectively.

Why did you choose Drexel? I chose Drexel because of the co-op program and because they gave me an offer letter before I applied to any other schools. Philly’s pretty cool too.

What has been the best moment you have had here? I can’t think of any one memory in particular, so I guess just hanging out with the people from the 13th (and nearby floors) of Millennium last year, whether we were getting Ed’s at 1am, playing Volleyball, exploring Drexel buildings, or eating handfuls of Warheads while writing up chem lab reports.

What do you want to do after you graduate? Short term: I want to go to Patagonia. Long term: I have no idea.

Lindsey is a senior at Drexel University, majoring in operations management & bus. analytics. She has been with Her Campus Drexel for four years and was CC for the middle two. Along with living the city life, she takes an active interest in street style, putting together puzzles and binge-watching her current Netflix obsession. She actually calls Montana her true home so now you can say you know that someone actually lives there ;). When she's in Philly, you can find her in Center City scouring the racks of thrift stores, Old Navy, and H&M if she's not on campus enjoying the multiple food trucks or catching up on the readings she put off until the last day.
Aubrey Nagle is an English major at Drexel University. She is currently a Features intern at Marie Claire and has previously interned Seventeen and Philadelphia magazine. She loves everything about pop culture and someday hopes to be a culture critic or an Entertainment Director for a women's magazine or national newspaper. To view her clips visit aubreynagle.contently.com and follow her on Twitter @aubsn.
