What are your hobbies? I enjoy dancing, running and traveling. I danced since I was a little girl and when I came to Drexel, I got involved with talent show for my sorority, Delta Zeta. I just completed my first Tough Mudder on April 20th and in the past I have run the NYC 10K at Randall’s Island and the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run.
Are you in any student organizations: Delta Zeta, Relay for Life
What’s your favorite part of Drexel? Being apart of Greek Life as well as all 3 of my co-op experiences. In Delta Zeta, I took advantage of holding a leadership position two years ago when I was the Vice President of Membership. I also held other positions such as Seniors chair and Charm & Dress chair. For my co-ops, I first worked at Lily Pulitzer, then Susquehana International Group and my last one was at Johnson & Johnson.
Why did you choose Drexel? The co-op opportunities definitely played a big part in my decision to come here. I also liked the idea of being able to live in Philadelphia. Coming from Staten Island, I love the city atmosphere. My brother and sister both went here so I got to see how much they loved it and knew that I would, too.
What is the best moment you’ve had here? Being part of my sorority and making friends that I will have forever.
What do you want to do when you graduate? Work my way up to a Senior Buyer for a major department store. I was recently offered a Merchant Assistant position at Bloomingdale’s and I look forward to starting there in New York after graduation in June.
