  1. Satin

Let’s feel luxurious all day, every day with satin. Satin is not only limited for special occasions or solely acceptable to wear at night. Style pastel and bright-colored satin dresses, tops and skirts. Overwhelmed by the satin-on-satin look? Pair a flattering and fitted satin top with your favorite jeans. Satin and jean is the perfect day-to-night look, without looking too glammed up. Try this blouse from NastyGal – the blush pink goes with the girl vibe, while adding that pop of color springtime thrives in.

  1. Haute Denim

Oh, our wardrobe favorite: denim. Denim has always been in style, and we sure hope it stays that way for a very long time. For spring, designers are loving the light wash denim with a little bit of reconstruction. Why not make everything denim? Denim jackets, pants and dresses are totally in for the spring season. Rips are still a major denim detail, so why not show it off for this upcoming season? Try these super affordable boyfriend jeans from H&M; the slouchy look ties in a casual, light aesthetic that really can pair with anything.

For those rainy days, throw on a classic camel trench coat. Designers like Michael Kors and Max Mara are owning the springtime mood with structured coats like these. Can’t go for a full-on coat look? Look for a dupe! Go for a lighter, flowy material and silhouette. This trench coat shawl tops an outfit straight off the runway. The shawl can be used for those chillier spring nights and is versatile from day to night. The drawstring belt is easy to tie up for a cinched waist or untie it for the “on the go” look. This shawl can be found on boohoo.

What would spring be without floral? The subtle, whimsical essence of springtime florals are absolutely femme. The gorgeous ruffles and color scheme go hand-in-hand in terms of owning this upcoming season trend. You can girl it up with florals with light accessories or go for the edgy girly turn and throw on a black moto jacket on top of a floral blouse. Inspired by Giambattista Valli (dress to right of above picture), this maxi dress from Showpo incorporates macro print florals with a total femme color scheme. Cutouts show that spring glow just in time for your spring break vacation!

Let’s go global with springtime print. The Indo-Bali vibe is the ultimate earthy and eccentric fashion trend. The patterns are filled with plenty of color and unique and artisanal details. Tie-dye and palm leaves are still in for the spring and can roll over towards the summer season too. You don’t need to rock this style even if you’re not somewhere outside of Philly. Rock this jumpsuit from Forever 21 with cool cutouts. Pair it with some nude wedges or cool strappy sandals.

  1. Neo-Nostalgia

80’s and 90’s trends have been an all-time favorite of trend lovers. From bralettes, baggy flare pants, see-through pieces, cropped blazers, and our all-time favorite mom jean, how could anyone not like the neo-nostalgia vibe? There is an urban and streetwear feel, while adding elegance to an over-the-knee length dress and casual jeans. Go for another style, a gingham mini dress: perfect for the spring weather. Dress this up with some cute kitten heels or put on your Chuck Taylors. Lulu’s has a ton of spring trend pieces. We are catching major feels here with this Clueless look.

  1. Twisted Western

This Western trend is way more than your standard plain flannel. Incorporate moto look, classic country with an urban aesthetic and there you go – a Western look that is totally twisted. The clash of other trends with some country influence is just the go-to for this spring season. A great basic that you can never go wrong with is the moto jacket, only this time it’s got a cropped silhouette and a bit of that neo-nostalgia. Check out this black 80’s jacket from Missguided.
