As it gets colder, the walk to the gym seems less and less appealing. Here are some easy exercises you can do at home. All you need is some free space!

Squats

For some reason, I love doing squats. This exercise is great for your butt and legs.

Planks

Planks are rough, but really effective. As soon as I start this exercise, my abs immediately start to hurt, but I know it’ll be worth it.

Wall Sits

Wall sits are an exercise remnant from the days I played basketball in high school My coach would make us do these and while they hurt, they really helped. It helps if you’re watching TV while you do these because then you can focus on that.

Leg Raises

Leg raises are great because you can do so many different kinds. You can raise them directly above your head or move them from side to side. All are good options to help you work your abs.

Crunches

I prefer crunches to sit-ups but only because I suck at sit-ups. If you prefer sit-ups, you can do those instead. Either exercise is great!
