Is School Stressing You Out?

College is a roller-coaster, some days may be some of the best days of your life, and then you have those days, even weeks where school is just overwhelming. Here are some tips to help you manage your stress.

  1. Get organized

Having something as simple as a planner can make your life so much easier. Write down every assignment you need to complete and rank from most important to least important.

  1. Take time for yourself

Yes, you may have too many assignments in one week, but taking time for yourself will calm you down and you may end up completing your assignments more efficiently, since you took time for yourself.

  1. Workout

Working out is proven to relieve stress, so put the books down for an hour and go workout!

  1. Get the right amount of sleep

The right amount of sleep is crucial if you are stressed. Getting at least 8 hours a night will have you waking up refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

  1. Eat

Sometimes you may feel that you’re too busy to eat, or may not be hungry, but getting the proper amount of food could not only help you focus better, but relieve stress as well.
