The Lion King Remake that we’re all waiting for
Disney has been on a new creative wave with remakes and “live action” films of our favorite movies. 2016 brought us a lively rendition of The Jungle Book. 2019 is bringing us the highly anticipated The Lion King.
The film will feature heavy hitting voice actors such as James Earl Jones, Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, and even Beyoncé Knowles. Everyone is excited to see this movie but some are also a little anxious. Some remakes aren’t that great and take away from the original greatness of some movies. Hopefully this will be executed to perfection, and given the power of the voice cast, I have no doubt that it will be.
