Being a college student is still new territory for me.  Even though I am a sophomore, there is a lot for me to get use too. One of my biggest struggles is with eating healthy. It is hard to eat when on campus when there are a lot of unhealthy options. Cafeterias on campus have a lot of fried food, and it’s the same fried foods each and every day. Their healthy food options are the same way, there is not a lot of options and it’s the same thing each and every day. My question to myself is how do I start eating better? Buying groceries every week is kind of expensive, but it’s a thought I still think about. Also, I have thought about meal prepping the food I would plan on buying, which I would need to have time for. At the end of the  day it’s something I think about daily, and I hope that I can find what works best for me.
