Comics turned into movies have been a great addition to movies genres. With all the comics out in the world the movies option are endless. Comics movies are very profitable for people to produce. Comics book movies are some of the top grossing genre.
I personally am a big fan of comics being turned into movies. I grew up reading mostly Marvel comics. The Avengers all the movies leading up to End Game I have probably watched hundreds of times. Lately I have started watching the older Batman movies. My favorite Batman movie is either Batman Begins or the Dark Knight. But I am a huge Marvel fan.
Some of my favorite characters are from both DC and Marvel comics. From DC I really like Scarecrow, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and the Joker. Now on the Marvel side I like Iron Man, Dr. Strange, Loki and the list could go on. The way Marvel does there movies makes you really connect to the characters. That is why people are so invested and into Marvel movies.
The presence of women and people of color could be better in comic movies. With movies like Captain Marvel and Wonder Woman it is a good start. People of color always need to be represented in movies. When Black Panther came out a lot of people were very ecstatic about the cast. Black Panther grossed a lot of money and was the top ten most grossing movies. That was a huge achievement for the type of movie it was.
