Summary:
A little boy has a dream and looks up to his father to be a famous bull rider. With hard work, determination, and doing what he loves. Lane Frost makes his way to becoming the best in the world in bull riding. He meets a barrel racer named Kelly at one of the rodeos and it was love at first sight. They become sweethearts and get married, going to many challenges together and separately. From Lane trying to ride the bull “Red Rock” with three attempts to Kelly attempting to be the perfect wife but wishes she was barrel racing again.
Acting:
The acting was portrayed perfectly, everything was in connection with Lane Frost when he was alive and riding. They showed the cowboy code and the realism of cowboys with the different personalities. There was Kelly, Cody, Lane, Lane’s parents, and Tough as the main actors; Kelly was the barrel racer, the parents of Lane, and the three boys were bull riders. Tough was my favorites character from representing his nickname, making jokes and being tough throughout the movie and becoming a softie near the end. Especially with being a friend to Kelly through all the rough times. Cody was the poetic cowboy, writing poems and being a friend throughout the entire movie.

Soundtrack:
The music in this movie was country with artists from Vince Gill to Reba. It fit the movie perfectly with motivational music to authentic older country music. It introduced older country music mixed with a realistic scenario in what happens sometimes at rodeos and the experiences of bull riders.

Overall, my rating for this movie would be a 5 out of 5. This movie is not for everyone and it is a cowboy/cowgirl western kind of movie. It is a great movie and a true story about Lane Frost who did make his mark on the PBR world.
