2019’s Top Trending Colors

Everyone is usually amazed at the color palettes that designers use when premiering their designs on the runway. And although some of them may be responsible for the way that they use certain colors, their initial color inspiration may come from somewhere else completely. That somewhere else would be Pantone.
Pantone Color Institute is very popular for creating Fashion Trend Reports each fashion season predicting the colors that we may see on the runway. These colors come in fun names and vibrants hues to capture the essence of fashion for that season.
Some of my favorites for this season are:
- Princess Blue which Pantone describes as a “majestic royal blue hue, glistens and gleam”
- Mango Mojito which is a golden yellow that “feeds our craving for pleasant comforts”
- Sweet lilac that is described as “an endearing pink infused with lavender”
- Pepper Steam that is a “zesty yellow-green that encourages our desire for nature’s healthy bounty”
These colors along with plenty others are the colors to look out for during fashion week.
