While it may seem that celebrities live on a completely separate planet, one thing that we can always look forward to is how the glamorous residents of Hollywood celebrate Halloween. Here is my list of the 10 best costumes from this year!
10: Miley Cyrus as Lil’ Kim
Rarely does Miley make the news these days for something good, but this year her costume imitating rapper Lil’ Kim’s 1999 MTV Music Video Awards outfit, while revealing, was an excellent costume.
9: Honey Boo Boo and her Honey Boo Crew as the Kardashians
This year our favorite backwoods pageant family went as our other favorite reality TV family, the Kardashians. I must say, they nailed it, Sugar Bear is a spot-on Bruce Jenner.
8: Naya Rivera as Carmen Sandiego
Talk about #throwbackthursday, the Glee actress went as the ever so sneaky Carmen Sandiego from the crazy popular 1990s PC game that used massive heists to teach children geography and history!
7: Paris Hilton as Miley Cyrus
What would Halloween be without SOMEONE dressing up as Miley from this year’s VMAs? Paris takes one for the team and represents this years most over used costume.
6: Kelly Osborne as Carrie
Kelly Osborne has never shied away from the extreme when it comes to fashion, and this year she took a spin on the classic Stephen King book and film just after the release of it’s remake came out.
5: Snooki and JWOWW as the Queen of Hearts and the White Queen
The queens of the Jersey Shore dressed as the queens of Wonderland this year.
4: Jennifer Morrison as Cher (Clueless)
The “Once Upon a Time” actress stepped out in dressed as Alicia Silverstone’s iconic 90’s coming of age character, Cher from Clueless. And it was awesome.
3: Neil Patrick Harris and Family as Alice in Wonderland characters
They are literally perfect. Known for their yearly family costumes, Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka dressed as Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum as twins Harper and Giddeon dressed as Alice and the White Rabbit respectively. This family just makes me swoon.
2: Ellen as Nikki Minaj
One reason that Ellen is simply one of the funniest people on the planet: the comedian dressed in the same outfit that Minaj wore on her daytime talk show and it was immaculate.

The Project Runway host and unofficial queen of Halloween, has yet again wowed us with her costume. A work of make-up magic, Klum decided to go as herself, only older. This woman is a genius.
